Q5 How is the sensor’s response rate defined?

When a stationary surface temperature sensor or a moving/rotating surface temperature sensor is brought into contact with the calibration surface of our temperature calibrator ACS II-2000, a time to reach 99% of the maximum measurement value is assumed to be a response speed.
An internal temperature sensor assumes a 99% response speed when immersed in boiling water unless otherwise specified.
An air temperature sensor assumes a 99% response speed in boiling steam.
