When roasting cocoa beans, it is very important to measure the temperature of the cocoa beans.
Highly accurate temperature measurement is possible by using our "Handheld thermometer" and "Depth adjustable probe".
This probe is measured the internal temperature by piercing the needle of the sensor into the measured object. The fast response speed enables quick temperature measurement.
